Refund Policy

We want you to evaluate Dynamic QR Suite with clear expectations. The Free plan is available without a card, and the following policy applies to paid Growth subscriptions.

First purchase

Your first Growth subscription purchase is eligible for a full refund when the request is received within 14 calendar days of the initial charge.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal charges are normally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed.

Abuse and fraud

We may decline requests involving fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated purchase-and-refund behavior, or material misuse of the service, subject to applicable consumer law.

What happens after a refund

Paid features end when the refund is completed. Existing dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destinations under QR Continuity; the first three remain editable under the Free plan.

How to request a refund

Use our support form and include the purchase email and transaction reference. The authorized checkout provider may process the request and will return approved funds to the original payment method.
