Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Dynamic QR Suite, a trading name operated by Matheus Marques Magalhães, a sole proprietor based in Brazil. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate billing information.

The service

Static QR codes encode content directly and do not depend on our redirect service. Dynamic QR codes use a hosted redirect, can be edited, and may include scan analytics subject to the selected plan and fair-use limits.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices are displayed in USD and applicable taxes may be added by the merchant of record. Cancellation stops future renewals; Growth access continues through the paid period unless required otherwise by law or a refund.

Review Request Launch Kit

When this one-location offer is purchased through its tagged monthly or annual checkout, onboarding creates three placement-specific managed QR campaigns in the customer dashboard. The customer can download a staff handoff playbook containing timing guidance, three neutral request scripts, policy boundaries, and positive, neutral, and negative response templates. High-resolution PNG/SVG QR downloads and ready-to-print 5×7 SVG cards are available through the QR workflow. Monthly action reports become available at 30-day intervals while the paid subscription and program remain eligible. To generate each report, the customer enters the current public Google review count and rating; the system combines that snapshot with available placement-level scan totals and recommends one next action. The service does not independently verify completed reviews, automate SMS or email requests, monitor a review inbox, post replies, or guarantee review volume, rating, ranking, or revenue.

Managed Google Business Profile services

The Google Business Profile Care page is a request for service details, not a purchase, payment obligation or promise that a marketplace will accept an order. A marketplace order is governed by the final listing, funded order and that marketplace's applicable terms. A direct order becomes active only after the customer receives and accepts the written scope, price, service period, payment terms and any channel-specific terms, and payment is confirmed. The service period starts after payment and complete kickoff requirements. Each routine-draft target starts at the later of the review becoming visible in the public or approved queue and the required facts or access becoming available. A revision round is one consolidated change request for one scheduled batch, not one round per individual reply; factual or policy corrections to our own error do not consume a round. Client approval time, access loss, Google outages and hidden or deleted reviews are excluded. Reviews above the selected capacity, prior backlog, additional locations and additional languages require a separately confirmed scope. Google Post deliverables include copy, CTA and a creative brief unless media production is explicitly included in the accepted scope. Any competitor snapshot is one monthly review of up to three named public profiles using only visible profile fields; it is not market-share or revenue intelligence. The client remains responsible for accurate facts and final approval of sensitive legal, refund, safety, privacy or reputation matters. We do not promise review removal, rating, ranking, leads, bookings or revenue.

QR Continuity

When paid access ends, existing active dynamic QR codes continue redirecting to their last saved destinations. The first three dynamic QR codes remain editable under the Free plan. Editing and detailed analytics for additional codes pause until a paid subscription is restored. Continuity does not protect destinations suspended for abuse, unlawful content, security threats, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for malware, phishing, deception, unlawful surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, illegal goods, harassment, or content that creates material harm. We may suspend harmful destinations or abusive use.

Your content

You retain responsibility for destinations, logos, text, and campaigns you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, redirect, process, and display that content to operate the service.

Availability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Do not use a dynamic QR code as the sole access path for emergency, safety-critical, or legally required information.

Refunds and changes

Your first Growth plan purchase is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. Renewal charges and purchases showing abusive or fraudulent use are handled according to applicable law and our Refund Policy. Refunds, revisions and cancellations for a managed service follow the funded marketplace order or separately accepted direct-order scope; the inquiry form alone creates no refund right because it takes no payment. Material pricing or service changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal where required.
